LUTOVAC: REACTION WILL DEPEND ON MOMENT

PODGORICA, Oct 5 (Tanjug) - Serbia has done all in its power in trying to convince Montenegro not to recognize Kosovo and Metohija or, at least, to exercise restraint, Serbian Ambassador to Podgorica Zoran Lutovac said in an interview to the Sunday edition of the Podgorica daily Vijesti. Lutovac said that Serbia's reaction to Montenegro's decision on the issue would depend on whether it would be made at the "moment which will be most unfavourable for Belgrade," as the leaders of Kosovo Albanians and the countries that were trying to persuade other countries to recognize Kosovo seemed to be hinting, or at some other time in the future. "Serbia will make moves depending on the moment when this happens," he said. The least Serbia can do is withdraw its ambassador from Podgorica, the Serbian ambassador said, pointing out, however, that that "will not be the only measure."
